SeniorSoft Promaxx is a management software for inventory controlling and document management. It also able to issue the receipts and tax invoices, manage POS system, and support internal management for your organization. This software is suitable for various business types from small to large organization, both retail and wholesale business who has unlimited numbers of branches.

Qualifications of SeniorSoft Promaxx:

• Suitable for both retail and wholesale business, including inventory control and management, documentary management system, membership system, account payable & account receivable system, report-monitoring system, inter-branches data transmission system, preliminary accounting system, and much more.
• Withholding Tax system provided, with printable function.
• Maximum classified product groups to 5 levels.
• Define unlimited product serials, and check whether it has been sold.
• Define unlimited product codes.
• Support multi-warehouse stock transactions into one bill. For example, customer can choose products from several warehouses and put into one bill for transaction out.
• Define unlimited product units for each item such as dozen, pack, box. Also provided automatic stock calculation system. For example, there are 550 pieces left in stock, system will show 4 boxes and 4 dozens left.
• Able to define several barcodes for one product.
• Able to monitor the inventory on hand by product properties such as colors, sizes, under one barcode.
• Able to create a product set for distribution such as a gift basket set with automatic stock calculation for each item.
• Able to define product for several branches, and several warehouses for each branch.
• Monitoring stock on hand, cost of goods, preliminary profit & loss, input taxes & output taxes, and account receivables & account payables.
• Define customers’ sales area (zone).
• Recovery data on POS screen in the emergency situation such as power failure.

• Offer the document approval system, which can define the authorized person’s role.
• Inventory transfer system provided. The system will notify once it reaches the minimum stock and displays the negative numbers in stock.
