We answer all customers’ enquiries, give an advice, and follow up the issue until it has been solved. Moreover, our call centre will also provide information on products and services, and advise how to operate the software via phone in order to maximize your satisfaction.

In additional, we have Voice Logger system and CRM system to record the conversation between customers and our support team. With our high standard system, all customers’ information such as member number, the usage problems, and conversation history will be stored and well transferred between our support team in order to continuously assist you without repeating the issue over and over.

To improve our service, we also evaluate our support team regularly to make sure that our customers always satisfy with our support services, even there is no additional cost on the support services (MA) that we provide.

Training: In order to implement and optimize our software to your business, SeniorSoft provides both in-house and on-site software training for our customers. After the training, we will evaluate the training results for improving our services.
