SeniorSoft iPoint is a loyalty system on Cloud that manages the online point collection program for members. This software allows member to monitor it’s own points, point redemption history, prize redemption, and e-Coupon via smart phone.

Qualifications of SeniorSoft iPoint:

• Able to collect bonus point as point for a discount or redemption.
•  Able to collect bonus point as E-Coupon for a discount or redemption with no limitation of coupon types per one shop.
•   Able to collect bonus point with several types of expiry date such as no expiry date, valid for one year, or valid within the birth-month.
•  Defining the campaign period, including monitoring the current campaign, invalid campaign and expiry campaign.
•   Unlimited setup the redemption programs.
•  Able to set the redemption program, which identifies types of bonus point and number of bonus points to redeem.
•  Able to set the bonus point for customer by category such as gender, age, specific customer. Also able to set schedule for giving bonus point in a period of time or a birth-month.
•  Able to get the bonus point from more than one campaign within one transaction.

• Provide system for merchants to manage the Bonus Point, set the campaign, arrange the redemption program, and monitor information in overall aspects such as customer information, number of new customers, total points, number of redemption points.
•   Provide customer service section, which able to search for customer information, customer status, customer transaction history, and edit the points/coupon by individual customers.
•  Able to download the summarized daily and monthly report in PDF File.

Website System for Member: Member

Members of merchant are able to check their redeem transactions and balance of Bonus Point by themselves via smart phone and PC through this website system.
